• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

8 Welcome Bonus Terms

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The total of the bonus and deposit combined must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement: 15x).
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
• A specific validity period applies to bonus use — expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

9 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple promotional offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempts to exploit the system may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• 0k95 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

10 VIP Tiers and Weekly Cashback

The 0k95 VIP program has five tiers in total. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:

11 General Gaming Rules

• All bets are final and cannot be changed once confirmed.
• The result of a game completed due to a technical error may be considered void.

12 Prohibited Activities
